摘 要:从云南省10个烟区选取8个烤烟品种3个等级的240个初烤烟叶样品,测定了它们的主要化学成分含量,并应用描述性统计、方差分析及多重比较方法进行分析。结果表明:12个化学成分指标均存在较大的变异,以氯含量的变异系数最大,蛋白质含量的变异系数最小。各烟区间所有指标差异显著;各等级间除钾氯比外,其余指标均差异显著。各品种间总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯、钾、蛋白质、纤维素含量、糖碱比及钾氯比差异显著。Total 240 flue -cured tobacco leaf samples at three grades (B2F, C3F and X2F) of 8 flue -cured tobacco varieties were collected from 10 tobacco -planting areas in Yunnan province, and their main chemical component contents were determined and analyzed by using the methods of descriptive statistics, analysis of variance and multiple comparisons. The results showed that the tested 12 chemical component indexes all had considerable variation; among them, chlorine content had the biggest coefficient of variation, while protein content had the smallest one. There were significant differences in all indexes among different tobacco - planting ,areas. Except potassium - chlorine ratio, all indexes were significantly different among various grades. There were signifi- cant differences in total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, chlorine, potassium, protein, cellulose content, sugar - nicotine rati- o. and potassium- chlorine ratio among different varieties.
