摘  要:通过研究打顶方式对上部叶烟碱、还原糖、钾等主要化学物质的影响,实现优化烟叶等级结构。研究表明:完全打顶(处理1)的烟叶,单叶重过重,烟碱含量高,钾素低,糖碱比不协调;不打顶(处理4)的烟叶尽管烟碱降低,钾素含量升高,但由于单叶重降低,糖含量过低,糖氮比不协调,同样不具备可用性;处理3的烟叶单叶重高,糖氮比适宜,相比不打顶处理的烟碱含量降低,钾含量升高,因此打顶留花苞15个是改善上部叶可用性的一种方式。In order to optimize the grade structure of flue - cured tobacco leaves, we researched the effects of different topping ways on the main chemical compositions (nicotine, reducing sugar, potassium, etc. ) in upper leaves of tobacco. The results indi- cated that the complete topping ( treatment 1 ) caused single - leaf weight to be overweight, nicotine content to be high, potassium content to be low, and sugar - nicotine ratio to be inharmonious. No topping (treatment 4) could reduce nicotine content and in- crease potassium content, but it led to the decrease in single - leaf weight and reducing sugar content as well as the inharmony of sugar- nitrogen ratio. Partial topping plus reserving 15 buds (treatment 3 ) increased single -leaf weight, and made sugar -nitro- gen ratio harmonious; the nicotine content was lower and potassium content was higher in treatment 3 than those in treatment 4. Therefore, partial topping plus reserving 15 buds was a way to improve the usability of upper tobacco leaves.
