景德镇大学生陶瓷创意创业主要问题分析及对策研究

摘　　要：陶瓷创意创业作为一个低成本高盈利比的创业项目,非常适合景德镇的艺术专业毕业生,也是景德镇陶瓷艺术专业毕业生的先天优势。而创业作为大学生就业的一个有力支撑点,也已经普遍被大学生所认可,创业思维和创业意愿也不是影响大学生创业的主要障碍。但景德镇艺术专业大学生实际创业率不高,创业成活率较低却是不能回避的现实情况,文章分析了影响景德镇艺术专业毕业生陶瓷创意创业的客观问题及解决对策。With a low cost and a high reward, pioneering work in ceramic industry turns to be one of natural advantages to the arts graduates of Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute. As an important part of college students＇ career development, pioneering work has been widely accepted by college students. The thinking and intention of pioneering work are not the hurdles for college students to start a business anymore. However, there are unavoidable problems in college student＇ s pioneering work. For example, the actual enterprising rate of Jingdezhen college students is not high and its surviving rate is quite low. This paper analyzes four objective problems existing in the ceramic pioneering work of the arts graduates of Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute and their solutions.
