语音系统在综合录井监测中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了综合录井监测中将异常数据采用语音形式进行播报的原理和方法,其主要方法是首先将各种参数的名称、数字制作成波形文件,建立语音库,其次,利用录井软件的WITS数据输出接口完成数据接收、格式分析、数据分类等工作,实现对录井软件数据的实时采集,最后按照一定的规则对数据进行计算,根据设定的条件,在参数发生异常变化时通过调用语音文件,实现实时语音播报,同时将数据实时显示和存储。经过多口井的实践证明,该语音系统应用效果良好,实时监测和语音播报功能的结合,能够提高录井人员的工作效率,软件的操作性和功能的实用性完全能够满足现场录井的需要。The author introduced the principles and methods of voice broadcast of the abnormal data during comprehensive mud logging monitoring,its main method is to use WITS data output interface of mud logging software to finish data reception,format analysis,data classification,etc.,achieve data real-time acquisition of mud logging software,follow certain rules to calculate the data,realize real-time voice broadcast according to the site conditions when parameters have abnormal changes,and real-time display and store the data.The practice in several wells proved that the combination of real-time monitoring with voice broadcast can improve the operating efficiency of mud logging staff,the voice system achieveded good results,the software is not only easy but also useful and able to meet the needs of on-site mud logging.
