1例重症人感染H7N9禽流感中西医结合救治体会

摘　　要：我院ICU接诊1例重症人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例,在西医呼吸循环支持、抗病毒、抗感染、抗全身炎症、镇静镇痛、重症护理、液体管理、营养支持、并发症处理等综合救治基础上,配合使用中医中药,患者得以抢救成功,痊愈出院。重症人感染H7N9禽流感抢救除采取保护性肺通气策略、早期抗病毒治疗、早期短程小剂量使用皮质激素及血管活性药物抑制炎性反应,严格控制液体、早期恢复胃肠道功能等综合救治方法外,应用中医中药治疗亦具有重要的意义。One case confirmed to be human infection with H7N9 avian influenza was admitted in ICU of our hospital. On the basis of respiratory support, circulatory support, anti-virus, anti-infection, anti-systemic inflammatorome, analgesics- sedatives, intensive care, fluid management, nutritional support, syndrome treatment and so on, traditional Chinese medical therapy was further applied, and the patient was successfully cured and has discharged from the hospital. Conclusion： In spite of western therapies like lung protective ventilation strategy, early antiviral therapy, early short-time and low-dose usage of hormone and vasoactive drugs to inhibit inflammation, strict control of negative fluid balance, early recovery of gastrointestinal function and so on, traditional Chinese medical therapy is also of great significance in terms of saving patients infected with avian influenza A （H7N9） virus.
