白苔与病位证素相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白苔与病位证素的关系,促进中医诊断规范化的发展。方法:对7 680例当代名医医案、1 018例临床病例中白苔与病位证素的关系进行研究,并用双层频权剪叉算法计算出白苔对病位证素的诊断权值。结果:病位证素中,脾、肾在白苔病例中出现频率较高,脾、肾病例中出现白苔的比率也较高,且白苔对脾、肾的诊断权值亦高。结论:白苔与病位证素脾、肾的关系较为密切,其不仅可见于表证,在里证中亦极为常见。Objective： To explore the relationship between white tongue coating and syndrome elements of disease locations so as to promote the standardization of TCM diagnoses. Methods： 7 680 cases recorded by contemporary famous doctors and 1 018 other clinical cases were collected. In all cases, white tongue coating was related to syndrome elements of internal organs. For every syndrome elements of disease locations, the diagnoses weights of white tongue coating was calculated by algorithm of double levels of frequency and weight. Results： The rates of the spleen and kidney were relatively high in all cases involving white tongue coating. The rate of white tongue coating was relatively high in all cases involving the spleen and kidney. White tongue coating has a relatively high diagnoses weight to the syndrome elements of disease locations for the spleen and kidney. Conclusion： Relatively close relationships exist between white tongue coating and the spleen, kidney, white tongue coating may appear in the case with superficies syndrome or interior syndrome.
