IL-4R基因rs3024608、rs1110470、rs3024685多态性与哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素4受体(IL-4R)基因多态性与青岛地区成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法:引入计算机识别系统,实现大鱼际掌纹特应征客观量化分级,采用SNaPshot方法检测研究对象IL-4R基因的rs3024608,rs1110470,rs3024685共3个多态位点的基因型和等位基因频率。结果:大鱼际掌纹特应征和哮喘之间呈显著性相关(P<0.001),但rs3024608,rs1110470和rs3024685的基因型频率在掌纹阴性组与掌纹阳性组间差异无统计学意义。结论:大鱼际掌纹特应征和青岛地区成人哮喘之间具有显著相关性,但rs3024608,rs1110470和rs3024685的基因多态性与大鱼际掌纹特应征不存在相关性。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the palm print traits of thenar eminence and polymorphisms of IL-4R in Han nationality with asthma in Qingdao. Methods： The photographs of the print of thenar eminence from the subjects were objectively divided by computer. Frequency of genotype and allele of rs3024608, rsl 110470 and rs3024685 collected from IL-4R were detected by SNaPshot. Results： There were very remarkable relations between the traits of the print of thenar eminence and asthma （P〈0.001）. In the genotype frequency of rs3024608, rsl 110470 and rs3024685, there was no significant difference between the positive group and negative group of the print of thenar eminence. Conclusion： There are very remarkable differences between the traits of the print of thenar eminence and asthma in Han nationality in Qingdao, but no remarkable difference between the traits of the print of thenar eminence and polymorphisms of IL-4R.
