摘  要:目的:建立石见穿中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2 YHPERSIL(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(19∶81),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为330nm,柱温23℃。结果:迷迭香酸进样量在0.065-1.290μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.88%,RSD=1.37%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便易行,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于石见穿药材的质量控制。Objective: To establish the content determination method of rosmarinic acid in Salvia chinensis benth.. Methods: Determine the content of rosmarinic acid in Salvia chinensis benth, by HPLC, the chromatographic column was Thermo ODS-2 YHPERSIL (4.6mmxlS0mm, 5μm) , the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% methanoic acid water (19:81), the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the detective wavelength was 330nm and the column temperature was 23 ℃. Results: According to the HPLC determination results, rosmarinic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.065-1.290pg (r=-0.9999), with average recovery 99.88% and RSD=l.37% (n=6). Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate, repeatable and can be used as a quality control method for Salvia chinensis benth..
