摘 要:目的:探讨金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠c-fos mRNA表达的影响。方法:将金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠进行干预,应用RT-PCR法检测大鼠心肌c-fos mRNA表达的变化。结果:与模型组比较,各治疗组c-fos mRNA的表达均有明显下降,水洗脱组c-fos mRNA的表达降低明显(P<0.05);预处理组与60%乙醇洗脱组c-fos mRNA的表达降低最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组分与水洗脱组分可能通过下调c-fos mRNA表达而发挥对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。Objective: To explore the effect of the active sites from Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza on the expression of c-fos mRNA in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats. Methods: We intervene on myocardial ischemia- reperfusion injury rats by active sites from Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza, and observe the expression of c-fos mRNA of myocardial infarction of rats by RT-PCR methods. Results: Compared with model group, the expression of c-fos mRNA of treatment groups all decreased. The water elution group could significantly reduce the c-los mRNA expression, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The 60% ethanol elution and pre-treatment group could reduce the c-fos mRNA expression, and the difference was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Both the 60% ethanol elution and water elution group could significantly reduce the c-fos mRNA expression induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and it showed that they might play a role of protection of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by reducing c-fos mRNA expression.
