ANALYSES OF SUGAR METABOLISM OF SHELTER-FOREST ON FARMLAND OF POPULUS NIGRA UNDER RATIONAL IRRIGATION

摘  要:在箭杆杨农田防护林带中,对不同灌溉量处理下林木的蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、山梨糖和肌醇的月变化,以及林木材积量进行了测定。结果表明,不灌溉的对照组蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、肌醇含量最高,山梨糖含量最低,体内糖代谢和材积生长量同属最差。60、90、120、150mm灌溉量处理的体内糖代谢只有轻微的差别,材积生长量增加不显著。从糖代谢和材积生长量分析,并兼顾节水问题,提出了60mm为合理灌溉量的数量指标。同时还揭示了影响林木生长的糖类组成和代谢过程,是以蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、肌醇增加,山梨糖减少的糖类组成来适应土壤干旱;以蔗糖和肌醇减少,葡萄糖和果糖增加的代谢过程来适应大气干旱。The monthly change of suerose,glucose,fructose,sorbose,and inositol and the timber amounts among the forests which under different irrigation amount,have been determined.The results make clear that:In the contrast group which were not irrigated the contents of suerose,glucose,fructose and inositol are the highest but the content of sorbose is the lowest,the sugar metabolism is the weakest,the timber amount is the least,There is little difference in sugar metabolism among the shelter-forests of which irrigation amounts were 60,90,120,150mm,and their timber amounts are not notable.From the view of sugar metabolism,timber amount and saving water,60mm is the index of rational irrigation.They also indicate the sugar composition and the processes of metabolism which influence the growth of forest,that is:The sugar compositions in which the suerose,glucose,fructose and inositol increase but the sorbose reduces to adapt the drought of soil.In the metabolism process the suerose and inositol reduce and the glucose and fructose increase to adapt the drought of air.
