摘  要:目的:利用微等离子体射频技术联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕并观察临床疗效。方法:选取2012年3月-2013年9月在本院整形科门诊和住院部诊断为增生性瘢痕的80例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用微等离子体射频技术联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗,对照组单独应用微等离子体射频技术,观察皮肤反应并对两种方法进行比较,评价其疗效。结果:治疗后随访3~6个月,治疗组中39例满意,1例不满意,满意率97.5%;对照组中32例满意,8例不满意,满意率80.0%,治疗组的患者满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:微等离子体射频技术联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕比单独应用微等离子体射频技术疗效好,患者满意率高,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of micro plasma radio frequency technology combined with long pulse 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of hyperplastic scar and observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Method:80 cases of hypertrophic scars who were diagnosed by plastic surgery outpatient and inpatient department in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the micro plasma radio frequency technology combined with long pulse 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser treatment.The control group was given the micro plasma radio frequency technology,skin reaction were observed and compared with two methods,and evaluated its clinical efficacy.Result:After the treatment,the follow-up of 3-6 months,39 cases in the treatment group were satisfactory,unsatisfactory in 1 case,the satisfaction rate was 97.5%;32 cases in the control group were satisfactory,not satisfied with 8 cases,the satisfaction rate was 80.0%,patients satisfaction rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Micro plasma radio frequency technology combined with long pulse 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of proliferative scar compared with separate application of micro plasma RF technology,has good curative effect,patient satisfaction rate is high,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
