摘　　要：目的:了解本院老干部患者疾病发病谱的变化,为老干部患者疾病的诊治提供思路。方法:回顾分析本院2011-2013年收治入院的年龄大于60岁的老干部患者的疾病构成和病种分布,比较疾病的发病率的变化及疾病谱的变化。结果:老干部患者疾病构成以呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统、营养代谢、泌尿系统为主要疾病。结论:加强慢性病的防治工作,以预防为主,加强健康教育,多宣传,早检查,早诊断,早治疗,提高患者生存质量。Objective： To understand the developing of disease spectrum among veteran cadre patients in our hospital, providing methods for diagnosis and treatment. Method： The disease constitution and category of veteran cadre patients more than 60 years old from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, the changes of morbidity and spectrum of disease were analyzed. Result： Diseases of respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, nutrition metabolism, and urinary system were the main constituent of veteran cadre patients. Conclusion： The government should take strong steps to prevent chronic diseases, improving the quality of survival by emphasis on prevention, strengthen health education and early diagnosis and treatment.
