摘 要:目的:观察比较酸放散与冷冻复融放散两种不同试验方法在新生儿ABO溶血病检测中的应用效果。方法:收集209例新生儿高胆红素血症血标本,同时进行酸放散和冷冻复融放散试验,比较两者间的差异及与临床诊断的吻合度。结果:酸放散阳性64例,阴性145例;冷冻复融阳性63例,阴性146例。两种检测方法总阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在阳性程度上酸放散明显高于热放散。结论:酸放散是一种诊断新生儿ABO溶血病较好的检测方法。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acid elution and frozen-thawed elution test in detecting hemolytic disease of the newborn caused by ABO incompatibility.Method:209 cases of blood samples from newborns with hyperbilirubinemia were collected.Antibody molecules bound to red blood cell membrane were released by acid elution test or frozen-thawed elution test respectively.Then the difference and consistency with clinical diagnosis between two methods were analyzed.Result:In the group of using acid elution method,64 cases were positive(positive rate,30.62%),and 63 cases were positive in frozen-thawed elution group(positive rate,30.14%).There was no significant difference between two methods(P〉0.05).However,the degree of positivity with acid elution was stronger than with frozen-thawed elution.Conclusion:Acid elution is a better method in diagnosing hemolytic disease of the newborn caused by ABO incompatibility.
