摘　　要：评价地铁事故导致列车延误的社会经济损失,是交通安全经济分析的重要内容,也是地铁安全管理与事故防范决策的重要依据。从地铁列车延误对乘客的影响进行分析,结合地铁客流的时段分布特征,构建了两个延误模型,并确定了地铁事故延误损失的评价指标。根据上海轨道交通2号线的客流及事故数据,确定计量参数数值,选择适用模型,并以此估算出年度事故延误经济损失。Evaluation of socio-economic losses of delay caused by subway accident is an important content in analyzing the traffic safety economy and the basis for preventing subway accident.According to an analysis of the delay process,two delay models are established and all important parameters for evaluation are defined.Depending on the traffic and accident data of Shanghai metro Line 2,the applicable models and the parameter values are determined,based on them the annual socio-economic losses could be estimated.
