摘　　要：临床上在使用缓、控释制剂过程中常出现给药次数过多或过少以及掰开或嚼碎后服用等错误情况,致使药物不能很好地发挥治疗效果,同时造成不必要的医疗资源浪费。为保障患者安全、有效和合理地使用缓、控释制剂,本文就缓、控释制剂使用过程中存在的常见问题和药学监护点进行总结和分析,以供广大医务工作者参考。Many problems appeared in the application of sustained and controlled release preparations, including too much or too little frequency of administration or taking after breaking apart or chewing, resulting in the drug efifcacy can not be played very well and also causing unnecessary waste of medical resources. The problems and pharmaceutical care in the application of sustained and controlled release preparations were summarized and analyzed so as to guarantee the safe, effective and reasonable use of this kind of drug and meanwhile to provide a reference for majority of medical workers.
