摘　　要：目的:介绍指导医患合理利用医疗资源的工具InterRAI,及其在加拿大的应用。方法:通过现场培训和调研了解InterRAI及部分子工具的使用方法和意义。结果:加拿大试点经验表明,InterRAI的引入对医疗资源的合理使用具有实际指导意义。结论:我国可考虑引入部分成熟InterRAI子工具开展试点研究。Objective： To introduce InterRA1 as the tool to indicate the reasonable allocation of health resource by clinicians and patients and corresponding application in Canada. Methods： In accordance with the site training and investigation to understand the methods of application and significance of InterRAI and acute care tool. Results： Based on Canadian piloting experience, the application of InterRAl has positive meaning for reasonable allocation of health resource. Conclusion： China could consider to introduce some tools to conduct piloting research.
