甲状腺功能及相关抗体在Graves病中的检测价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨及分析三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、人促甲状腺激素(h-TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)在毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Graves病)中的检测价值。方法:选取于本院进行诊治的242例Graves病患者为观察组,并以同期的242例健康人员为对照组,然后将两组的血清FT3、FT4、h-TSH、TPOAb、TGAb、TRAb水平进行比较,并比较观察组患者中不同严重程度及是否伴有突眼者的上述指标检测水平。结果:观察组的血清FT3、FT4、TPOAb、TGAb及TRAb水平均高于对照组,而血清h-TSH则低于对照组,不同严重程度及是否伴有突眼者的检测水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FT3、FT4、h-TSH、TPOAb、TGAb、TRAb在Graves病中的检测价值较高,且受疾病的严重程度和是否存在突眼的影响较大。Objective： To investigate and analyze the detection value of FT3, FT4, h-TSH, TPOAb, TGAb and TRAb in patients with Graves disease. Methods：242 patients with Graves disease were enrolled as observation group, 242 healthy persons were selected as control group, then the serum FT3, FT4, hTSH,TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb of two groups were compared between the two groups and also between patients with different severity. Results. The serum FT3, FT4, TPOAb, TGAb and TRAb of observation group were higher than those of control group while serum h-TSH was lower than that of control group, detection levels were significant different among patients with different severity and presence of exophthalmos （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. FT3, FT4, h-TSH, TPOAb, TGAb and TRAb in patients with Graves disease are increased, and they are affected by disease severity and presence of exophthalmos.
