新疆维、汉族多囊卵巢综合征发病相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:研究新疆不同民族维吾尔族(维族)、汉族多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的患病情况及其相关因素。方法:对新疆不同地区21 892例维、汉族育龄妇女PCOS的患病情况进行调查,分析维、汉族PCOS患者的年龄分布、亚型构成、人口学基本特征及糖脂代谢异常的分布情况。结果:21 892例维、汉族育龄妇女中PCOS患者1 116例,占5.10%,其中汉族560例,占5.12%,维族556例,占5.08%;35岁以下育龄妇女是主要的患病人群,占83.38%,35岁以上患者糖脂代谢异常较年幼者发生率高(P<0.05);维、汉族患者Ⅲ亚型较其他亚型常见,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);维、汉族PCOS患者在职业分布、收入情况、文化程度、家族史、母亲及姐妹有月经异常或不孕病史及家族中有高血压、糖尿病、妇科肿瘤病史等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新疆育龄妇女PCOS患病率维族为5.08%,汉族为5.12%;35岁以下的育龄妇女易患PCOS,且以月经不调为主要表现;维、汉育龄妇女PCOS的临床特征有所不同,并随年龄增长及患者治疗目标的不同而发生变化。Objective： To investigate the prevalence and the related etiological factor among women from Uygur and Han population in Xinjiang Province of China. Methods： A prospective descriptive study of women with polycystic ovaries was carried in the tertiary hospital to investigate the different characteristics of women with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） in age, subgroup, demography and different metabolic manifestations between different ethnicity. Results： Of the 21 892 women interviewed, 1 116 women were confirmed with PCOS. Among them, 5.12% was confirmed with PCOS in Han population and 5. 08% in Uygur population. The mainly distributes PCOS population was 435 childbearing age Women in 83.38%. Mainly distributes PCOS population who had disorders of metabolic manifestations is more than 35 years old; The subgroup Ⅲ was more than others. There were difference Uighur and Han in occupation, culture degree, family history. Conclusions. The prevalence of PCOS is 5.12% and 5. 08% in Han and Uygur population, respectively. The mainly distributes PCOS population is ≤35 childbearing age women. There were different metabolic manifestations between different ethnicity.
