三妙丸方诸药基原考

摘　　要：目的对《医学正传》三妙丸中诸药的基原植物进行考证,为临床正确选药提供依据。方法查阅古代本草、方书和2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)及相关研究文献,梳理三妙丸的使用沿革,研究三妙丸及其加味方的使用历史。结果三妙丸中牛膝原载为川牛膝,其原植物或为川牛膝Cyathula officinalis Kuan。然清代、民国时期多用怀牛膝组方,其原植物为怀牛膝Achyranthes bidentata Bl.。现今临床川牛膝、怀牛膝皆用,而《中华人民共和国药典》规定三妙丸中用怀牛膝。方中苍术原载为苍术,原植物为茅苍术Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.,现今多使用其栽培品以及北苍术A.chinensis(DC.)Koidz.。方中黄柏即为川黄柏Phellodendron chinense Schneid.,供应不足时亦可用关黄柏P.amurense Rupr.代替。结论三妙丸方中3味药的基原植物分别为川牛膝、茅苍术和川黄柏。Objective To conduct textual research on the original plants of herbal medicines in Sanmiao Pill recorded in Orthodo：c Tradition of Medicine. Methods Ancient materia medica, medical formularies, Pharmacopoeia of The People＇s Republic of China （2010 Edition） （Part One）, and related literature were consulted to investigate the history of use of Sanmiao Pill and its modified prescription. Results The origi nal plant of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix in Sanmiao Pill was probably Cyathula officinalis Kuan. , which was mostly replaced by Achyranthes bidentata B[. in the Qing dynasty and the period of Republic of China; they are both used nowadays, and Achyranthes bidentata B1. is used in Sanmiao Pill, as stipulated by the Pharmacopoeia of The People＇s Republic of China. The original plant of Rhizorna Atractylodis was Atractylodes lancea （Thunb.） DC. , but its cultivars and A. chinensis （DC.） Koidz. are usually used nowadays. The original plant of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex was Phellodendron chinense Schneid. , which can be re three herbal me P d aced by P. amurense Rupr. when in short supply. Conclusion The original plants of cines in Sanmiao Pill are Cyathula officinalis Kuan. , Atractylodes lancea （Thunb.） DC. , and Phellodendron chinense Schneid.
