摘 要:提出了轮毂轴承外圈的亚热闭式精锻成形工艺,与传统开式热模锻工艺比较,具有简化工艺、提高材料利用率、节约能源的优点。采用DEFORM-3D软件对轮毂轴承外圈的亚热闭式精锻工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了外圈亚热闭式锻造中金属流动、填充、载荷、应力、应变、温度及模具受力等问题。结果表明,当始锻温度为1 000℃,模具压下速度为20 mm/s时,采用该闭式精锻工艺能获得质量较好的外圈锻件。A semi - hot closed type precision forging process for outer rings of hub bearings is presented. Compared with traditional open type hot die forging process, the semi - hot closed type forging process has the advantage of simpli- fying process, improving material utilization and saving energy. The numerical simulation of semi - hot closed type pre- cision forging process for outer rings of hub bearings is carried out by using DEFORM -3D software. The metal flow, filling, load, stress, strain, temperature and die stress in semi - hot closed type forging of outer rings are analyzed. The results show that when the initial forging temperature is 1 000 ℃and the punch speed is 20 ram/s, the good outer ring forging is manufactured by using closed type precision forging process.
