铁氧体-共沉淀法处理工业废水的模拟研究

摘　　要：用铁氧体-共沉淀法处理模拟的工业废水.在pH为2～3的条件下,向废水中加入定量的FeSO4使金属离子和铁离子的物质的量比为1陆2,用1 mol·dm1的NaOH溶液调节废水pH为9～11,所得共沉淀物属尖晶石型铁氧体.处理后的废水用化学分析、紫外-可见分光法和原子吸收光谱分析,证明已达到国家排放标准.实验结果表明铁氧体-共沉淀法处理工业废水是一个很有前途的工艺.Imitated industrial wastewater were handled by the ferrite co-precipitation process.A quantitative FeSO4 were added into the wastewater resulting ratio of other metal ions and iron ions in substantial amounts up to 2 ∶ 1 at pH 2～3.Regulated the pH of the wastewater to 9～11 with the NaOH solution of 1 mol · dm-3,the obtained sediments analyzed have the structure of spinel ferrite.The handled wastewater confirmed by meants of chemical analysis,ultraviolet-visible and furnace atomic absorption spectrometry have attained the state exhaustion standard.The experimental show that this process is a technics which has extensively applied prospect.
