三峡库区旅游资源非优区判识及其发展途径

摘　　要：以三峡库区重庆段范围的15个县区为例,选取旅游资源丰度、资源品质、资源吸引力等指标,利用SPSS进行了层次聚类分析。结果表明,三峡库区旅游资源非优区的范围包括云阳、开县、丰都、石柱、涪陵、长寿、巴南和渝北8个区县,范围广泛,大多位于"三峡旅游的序曲段",是三峡旅游发展的"短板"。研究认为,三峡库区旅游发展适宜以重庆主城、万州和武隆等旅游发展增长极为节点,构建"三点三片一带"的旅游空间格局。三个旅游资源非优片区的发展方向分别是:以主城客源为依托,重点发展主题休闲旅游;与武隆互补联动,重点发展文化生态旅游;以万州为中心,重点发展观光体验旅游。Studying the non-optimal tourism regions aims to identify the counties where are relatively weak in the tourism attractions, and （or） lagged in regional tourism development, and further to define the development orientation and pro- mote regional tourism to develop in a coordinated and balanced manner. Choosing the 15 administrative districts in the Three Gorges Reservoir area in Chongqing as cases, this paper carries out hierarchical cluster analysis through SPSS by three variables and they are the abundance degree of tourism attractions ,tourism resource quality and resource attractive- ness. The cluster analysis and comparisons between classes indicate that the non-optimal tourism regions in the Three Gorges area in Chongqing include 8 counties, covering Yunyang, Kalxian, Fengdu, Shizhu, Fuling, Changshou, Banan and Yubei ; mostly located in the ＂prelude section of three gorges tourism＂. The total area of the non-optimal tourism regions accounts for almost half of the study areas. However, both the tourism resources above excellent class and tourism in- come in the non-optimal tourism regions are far less than those in the advantage regions. The present study suggests that the tourism development model of ＂Multicenter - hinterland＂, that is, three geographic clusters around Chongqing, Wanzhou, and Wulong, is suitable for application in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area tourism development. The first clus- ter focus on developing thematic leisure tourism based on urban customers, the second prioritizes cultural eco-tourism, and the third develops sightseeing and holiday tourism.
