摘 要:烘筒烘燥机使用过程中,普遍存在面料过烘问题,造成能源浪费。设计了基于网络通信的烘筒烘干机节能系统。设置在烘燥机上的温度测量部分、蒸汽阀门控制部分,借由W5100网络芯片,通过以太网实现与远程监控部分的通信。发挥了网络通信速度快、距离远的优势。基于Delphi的远程监控部分,其用户界面能实时显示织物经过各烘筒时的布面温度,系统管理员、远程电脑可根据布面温度突变情况手动或自动地调节对烘筒的蒸汽供应,减少5.3%~6.6%织物过烘和10%的蒸汽浪费。Over-drying of fabrics during fabrics drying process with drying cylinder dryer is a common energy-wasting problem. A temperature-online-measuring and energy-saving system for drying cylinder dryer based on network communication was designed. The temperature-measuring and steam-controlling part of the system set in the sylinder dryer communicated with the remote monitoring part using the W5100 network chip through Ethernet with advantages of a high-speed and long-distance communication. The remote monitoring part based on Delphi displayed real-time temperature of fabrics in each drying cylinder on the screen. Steam supply of drying cylinders was manually or automatically adjusted according to mutations of fabrics temperature by system administrators or remote computer, resulting in a decline of 5.3%~6.6%over-drying and 10%energy consume.
