摘  要:全国高电压试验技术和绝缘配合标准化技术委员会修改采用IEC 62475:2010,完成了国家标准GB/T16927.4《高电压和大电流试验技术第4部分:试验电流和测量系统的定义和要求》的制定,用于指导各种类型电流测量系统的量值溯源和不确定度评定工作。文中依据该标准并参考了STL技术报告《大容量实验室大电流测量系统以STL标准分流器为基准的溯源》,对大容量试验用短时交流电流测量系统进行了有效值的量值溯源和不确定度评定并给出了评定计算示例。By modifying and adapting the IEC 62475:2010, the national standard GB/T 16927.4 High Voltage and High Current Test Techniques Part 4:Definitions and Requirements for Test Currents and Measuring Systems is developed by SAC TC163(standardization technical committee of the high voltage test technique and insulation coordination). The standard is used to guide the traceability and the uncertainties assessment of all types of current measurement system. Under the guidance of this standard, traceability and the uncertainties assessment of the short-time alternating accomplished, as well as referring to the STL technical report Systems in High Power Testing by Applying Calibration Procedures an example is given. current RMS measurement system are Traceability of High Current Measuring Using the STL Reference Shunts,
