点穴经筋疗法对膝骨关节炎软骨损伤修复作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察点穴经筋疗法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的疗效及其对膝关节软骨损伤的修复作用。方法 KOA患者30例患膝46侧(双膝16例,单膝14例),采用点穴经筋疗法治疗,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量治疗前后患膝关节股骨内外侧关节软骨厚度,采用KOA病情严重指数(ISOA)评价疗效。结果治疗后患膝股骨内外侧关节软骨厚度明显大于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后ISOA评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论点穴经筋疗法能有效治疗KOA,可增加退变关节软骨厚度,对软骨损伤有一定修复作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint pressure and massage on meridians on knee osteoarthritis（KOA） and its impact on knee cartilage defect .Methods Forty-six knee joints of 30 KOA patients, including 16 patients with KOA in both knee joints and 14 patients with KOA in single knee joint ,were treated with acupoint pressure and massage on meridians .Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the KOA knee cartilage thickness of medial and lateral femoral condyles before and after treatment .The clinical effect on KOA was evaluated by index of severity for osteoarthritis （ISOA）.Results The KOA knee cartilage thickness of medial and lateral femoral condyles after treatment was significantly bigger than that before treatment （P〈0.05）.The ISOA score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint pressure and massage on meridians is effective for the treatment of KOA ,which may increase degenerative knee cartilage thickness .It can be used to treat cartilage defect .
