摘　　要：目的了解医院消毒供应中心管理现状,分析存在的问题,为卫生行政部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,抽取广西158所医院消毒供应中心进行问卷调查,对其中47家(31.3%)进行现场核查。结果发放问卷158份,回收有效问卷143份,在143所医院消毒供应中心中,96.5%负责人参加过消毒供应中心3项标准培训;67.1%实现集中管理;63.6%接受外来器械处理。136所使用预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的消毒供应中心中,86%(117/136)每日空载进行B-D试验,97%(132/136)每周进行生物监测,76%(103/136)对植入物灭菌每炉次进行生物监测。结论消毒供应中心3项标准的实施推动了消毒供应中心管理模式转变,消毒供应中心整体形象及专业功能逐步提升,然而仍需优化空间设计,严谨地开展全方位质量监测,集中管理需"医院、政府、社会"三方合作。Objective To learn the current status of management of hospital central sterile supply department , and to analysis existing problems to provide a basis for the formulation of relevant policies for health administrative departments .Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 158 hospital central sterile supply departments in Guangxi selected by stratified sampling .Then the on-site verification was conducted in the 47 （ 31 .3%） hospitals . Results 143 of 158 questionnaires returned .In 143 hospital central sterile supply departments ,96.5%of managers had attended the training of the three standards of central sterile supply department ,67.1%of the departments took centralized management mode ,63 .6%of the departments accepted mannagement of enthetic surgical instruments .There were 136 departments using pre-vacuum steam sterilization ,of which 86%（117/136） carried out non-load B-D test daily,97%（132/136） adopted biological monitoring weekly ,76%（103/136） carried out biological monitoring for implanted devices sterilization for each oven .Conclusion By Implementation of the three standards of central sterile supply department , the central sterile supply management paradigm is promoted ,the overall image and professional function of central sterile supply department are gradually improved .But it still needs to optimize the design of space and carry out quality controls rigorously .Central sterile supply centralized management needs tripartite cooperation of hospitals ,government and society .
