摘　　要：目的证实复方中药组分防治糖尿病及并发症的有效性以及探讨其作用机制。方法应用链尿菌素复制大鼠糖尿病模型,对复方中药组分进行了药效学实验观察,并对各组动物的血液及某些组织作了一系列相关的指标测定。结果复方中药组分具有一定的降血糖作用,并可降低血浆CRP和TNF-α水平。结论复方中药组分通过抑制糖尿病大鼠的血浆CRP和TNF-α水平,防治糖尿病及其并发症。Objective To confirm effect of the compound Chinese medicine components on preventing and treating diabetes and diabetes complications and explore its action mechanism.Methods Copy diabetes rats models with streptozocin and observe the pharmacodynamics of the compound Chinese medicine components,and a series of parameters of blood and tissues in each groups were measured.Results The compound Chinese medicine component had hypoglycemic effects,and could reduce the level of CRP and TNF-α.Conclusion The compound Chinese medicine components can prevent and treat diabetes complications by inhibiting the level of CRP and TNF-a in diabetes rats.
