城市体育公共服务中地方政府投资行为分析——以新公共服务理论为视角

摘　　要：运用新公共服务理论对地方政府在城市体育公共服务的投资现状进行分析,就当前地方政府在城市体育公共服务的投资过程中出现偏差,结合新公共服务理论对地方政府在城市体育公共服务的投资行为进行论述。结果表明:地方政府应加强对其部分服务对象的认同;建立中央政府、地方政府及地方大众三方网络交流平台避免在城市体育公共服务中出现信息不对称;构建城市体育公共服务体系行之有效的问责机制。The new public service theory to analyze the current situation of local government investment in public services, urban sports, the deviation of the current local government investment in public services in the process of urban sports, the combination of a new public service theory of local government in the city of Sports Public Service investment behavior are discussed. The results showed： Local governments should strengthen its identity part of the service object; establishment of a central government, local government and local public tripartite network of asymmetric information exchange platform to avoid the public service in the city sports; built sports city effective public service system accountability mechanisms.
