摘　　要：以原有成型机组的研究成果为基础,结合多领域的市场需求,在机组结构上采用新技术及新工艺,对一种新型、多功能小截面金属成型机组的基本组成、工作原理和主要技术参数等进行设计、优化和创新,使其体现出6大创新点,综合性能得以充分发挥,通过解决相关技术问题,该多功能小截面金属成型机组实现了多领域广泛应用.Based on research results of original forming unit, combined with multiple areas of market demand, added design idea of new technology and new process in its structure, carried further research about design, optimization and innovation on a new, multi-section metal forming machine＇s basic composition, working principle and main technical parameters, 6 major innovation were shown, comprehensive performance can be fully played, by solving the related technical problems. The multi section metal forming u nits have achieved wide use in many fields and the market demand should be more broad.
