摘 要:为选择高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)种子的最佳消毒处理方法,选用6种常用种子消毒处理方法:0.1%HgCl_2浸泡10 min、10%H_2O_2浸泡20 min、0.5%KMnO_4浸泡10 min、75%C_2 H_5OH浸泡5 min、2.0%NaClO浸泡20 min、0.16%HCHO浸泡30 min进行消毒处理,对其消毒效果、种子萌发及幼苗的影响进行测定。结果表明:10%H_2O_2浸泡20 min和0.5%KMnO_4浸泡10 min的消毒效果较好,对种子萌发和幼苗生长均没有负面影响,可以作为高羊茅种子理想的消毒方法优先选用;0.1%HgCl_2浸泡10 min和2.0%NaClO浸泡20 min的消毒效果虽好,对种子发芽率没有影响但对种子萌发速度和幼苗生长有一定的影响,慎重选用;75%C_2H_5OH浸泡5min和0.16%HCHO浸泡30 min的消毒效果不佳,对幼苗的生长也有影响,且0.16%HCHO处理对种子的伤害较大,不宜选用。The aim of the study was to find out the most effective disinfection methods of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) seeds.The effects of 6 disinfection treatments (0.1% HgCl2 soaking 10 min,10% H2O2 soaking 20 min,0.5% KMnO4 soaking 10 min,75% C2H5OH soaking 5 min,2.0% NaClO soaking 20 min,0.16% HCHO soaking 30 min) on disinfection effectiveness,seed germination and seedling growth were assessed in the experiment.Results showed that 0.5 % KMnO4 and 10% H2 O2 treatments greatly reduced seed infection,and had no obvious negative effects on seed germination and seedling growth.They were recommended as priorities to disinfect tall fescue seed.0.1% HgCl2 and 2.0 % NaClO treatments could effectively reduce seed infection,but had negative effects on seedling growth.75 % C2 H5 OH and 0.16 % HCHO treatments showed poor disinfecting results and had negative effect on seedling growth.
