摘　　要：文章通过对泉州市中心城区现有老住宅区管理现状进行分析,提出泉州市老住宅区长效管理的对策措施,提升城市居住环境,更好地推动城市化进程,构建和谐家园。Based on analyzing the present situation and problems of existing old resi- dential area management in Quanzhou central city, the paper put forward measures to Quanzhou of long - term management of old residential areas, to improve the living environment of the city and to better promote the urbani- zation process, and the construction of a harmonious home.
