量化运动处方对2型糖尿病患者心理问题及生存质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨量化运动处方对2型糖尿病患者心理及生存质量的影响.方法：将158例38—88岁符合诊断标准的2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和运动组,对照组给予常规治疗,运动组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予运动干预,采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和世界卫生组织生存质量简表测定两组患者干预两个月前后的心理状态和生活质量.结果：干预2个月后,与运动前比较,运动组的SDS、SAS评分明显下降（P＜0.05）、WHOQOL-BREF评分明显上升（P＜0.05）,而对照组的SDS、SAS、WHOQOL-BREF评分无统计学差异.结论：量化运动处方能明显改善2型糖尿病患者的心理健康水平,提高患者的生活质量.Objective：To investigate the Quantified exercises prescription on the psychological and quality of life of patients with type2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： Eighty type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DB）patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were ran- domly divided into control group and experimental group, control group patients treated with conventional therapy, the experi- mental group were treated with the Quantified exercises prescription besides the conventional treatment, the Zung Anxiety Self - Rating Scale, the Self - Rating Depression Scale, and the World Health Organization Quality of Life - BREF were used to compare the psychological status and quality of life between two groups before and after a two - month intervention course. Re- sults： Compared with those fingers before treatment, significant reductions are found in the scores of factors in SDS and SAS and the scores of factors in WHOQOL - BREF significant increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） in experimental group, but differences are not significant （ p 〉 0.05 ） for the control group. Conclusion ： Quantified exercises prescription can significantly improve the psycho- logical status and quality of life of patients with type2 diabetes mellitus.
