试论美国“新经济”发展模式

摘　　要：“新经济”是一种在现代社会化大生产条件下 ,以高新技术和现代金融为支撑 ,有日臻完善的宏观调控体系和健全的市场体系 ,在全球化的国际环境中生长的典型的、较为完善的市场经济模式。文章结合美国经济已经经历了长达 118个月的景气周期的情况 ,指出了这次景气周期的特点 ,并从以信息技术和其它高科技为基础的新一轮产业革命、宏观经济运行机制和宏观调控政策的转变、将高新技术转化为直接生产力的机制、以及现代金融和资本市场等方面 ,探讨了美国“新经济”形成的原因和目前存在的问题 ,并对“新经济”作出了评价。New Economy”,a typical and relatively perfect market economic mode,grows in the soil of globalization,and is under the condition of mass production in modern society,based upon the hi tech and advanced financial system,macro adjustment system and right market system.Upon the fact that US has experienced 118 months of prosperity,the article points out its characterisitics,analyzes how it came into being and the existing problems,and comments personally the “new economy”.In doing so,the article focuses on the new“industrial revolution”based on information technology and other hi techs,the change of macroeconomic system and macro adjustment policies,the mechanism that convert the hi tech into productivity,and modern financial market and capital market.[
