摘　　要：文章分析了安徽省可上市企业的资源状况和已上市公司的资本运营现状 ,强调要采取合理措施 ,充分利用资本市场 。The paper analyzes the resources stuation of the enterprises that may come into the market and the current capital situation of the enterprises that have been coming into the market.rational measures should be emphasized to take full advantage of the capital market so as to improve the comprehensive economic strength of Anhui province.
