高等学校廉政风险防控管理探究

摘　　要：高等学校将廉政风险防控引入高等学校的反腐倡廉工作中,结合高等教育实际,在把握廉政风险防控内涵的基础上,加强以预警、监控和处置"三道防线"为主体的廉政风险防控体系建设,形成以廉政风险防控与党风廉政建设责任制相结合、与党务校务公开相结合、与目标管理相结合、与廉政文化建设相结合的"四个结合"为突破点的党风廉政建设工作新局面。While introducing risk prevention and control into anti-corruption and clean government building, institutes of higher learning should, in view of the reality of higher education and based on a good command of the connotation of corruption risk prevention and control, strengthen the construction of the corruption risk prevention and control system which has the defense lines of early warning, monitoring and disposition function as the mainbody and create a new situation of the construction of the Party conduct and a clean and honest government, in which the corruption risk prevention and control combines with the responsibility system for the construction of the Party conduct and a honest and clean government, with the school and Party affairs disclosure, with the management by objectives and with the culture building orientated towards the construction of an honest and clean government.
