摘  要:试验在两种不同营养水平的饲料配方中分别添加0 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg的酵母培养物益宁易SCP,制成6种试验饲料饲喂均重20.39±2.19g草鱼6周,评估了饲料中不同益宁易添加量对草鱼生长性能和肝、肠功能的影响。结果表明:在普通饲料中添加50 mg/kg的益宁易SCP可以促进草鱼的生长,保护草鱼的肝脏不受损害,并能够显著促进草鱼肠道的发育,增加其绒毛高度;而在降低营养标准的低价饲料中,添加量要需增加到100 mg/kg,效果才会更明显。In order to assess the impact of different dietary of Celmanax Soluble Concentrated Powder (SCP) on growth performance and the function of liver and bowel of grass carp( Ctenopharyngodon ideUus), Celmanax Soluble Concentrated Powder was added to two different trophic levels feed formulations at 0 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg,respectively. Each diet of the six test feeds was fed to grass carp(average weight:20.39 ~2.19 g) for six weeks. The results showed that adding 50 mg/kg of Celmanax SCP in ordinary feed can promote the growth of grass carp, protect the liver of grass carp from damage and significantly promote the development of the grass carp gut with increasing its villus height. However, in the lower nutritional standards of low - cost feed, only when the add amount of Celmanax SCP required to be 100 mg / kg, the effect will be more obvious.
