摘　　要：目的观察microRNA-155及146a在冠心病患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达水平。方法 148例心内科住院患者分为两组,对照组35例,冠心病组113例,冠心病组又分为3组,其中AMI组42例,UA组38例,SA组33例。采用实时定量PCR检测外周血单个核细胞上microRNA-155及146a表达情况。结果与对照组比较,microRNA-155在冠心病组的表达水平降低,microRNA-146a升高(P<0.05);AMI组及UA组患者的microRNA-155表达水平显著低于对照组和SA组(P<0.05),microRNA-146a的表达水平则高于对照组和SA组(P<0.05),而AMI组及UA组两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论随着冠心病病情的进展,患者microRNA-155及146a的表达水平随之改变,为冠心病患者的筛查及治疗提供了一个新方向。Objective To observe the expression levels of mieroRNA-155 and microRNA-146a in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with coronary heart disease（CAD）. Methods 148 cases were divided into 2 groups： control group（ n = 35）and CAD group（n = 113）who was sub-divided into 3 subgroups： AMI group（n =42） ,UA group（//=38）and SA group（n =33）. Real-time quantitative PCR was applied to detect the expression of microRNA-155 and microRNA-146a in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Results Comparing with the level in control group, the expression level of microRNA-155 was lower and microRNA-146a was higher in CAD group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the expression level of microRNA-155 in AMI group and in UA group was significantly lower than that in control group and in SA group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the expression level of microRNA-146a in AMI group and in UA group was higher than that in control group and in SA group（P 〈0.05）. No obvious difference in the expression level of microRNA-146a was detected between control group and SA group（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The expression of microRNA-155 and microRNA-146a changes with the progress of GAD,which provides a new method of the screening and clinical treatment of CAD.
