摘  要:目的了解成都地区不同季节孕妇及婴幼儿TORCH感染情况,为有效预防TORCH感染和做好优生优育工作提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)对来我院检查的3480名孕妇与325名婴幼儿血清进行TORCH-IgM抗体检测,分析不同季节间的感染病例分布。结果孕妇HSVⅠ-IgM、CMV-IgM阳性率最高,TOX-IgM冬季阳性率较高,HSVⅡ-IgM夏季阳性率较高;婴幼儿CMV-IgM阳性率最高,其中94%的阳性检出时间在春夏季,且男孩阳性率高于女孩。结论CMV是孕妇宫内感染及婴幼儿感染的主要病原体,进行TORCH检测及时发现高危因素,预防宫内感染,对提高生育质量有重要意义。Objective To investigate the status of TORCH infection in pregnant women and infants in different seasons in Chengdu area. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to detect serum TORCH-IgM in 3480 pregnant women and 325 infants admitted in our hospital. Results The positive rate of HSV Ⅰ -IgM and CMV-IgM was the highest in pregnant women;the positive rate of TOX-IgM was higher in winter while the positive rate of HSV Ⅱ -IgM was higher in summer;the positive rate of CMV-IgM was the highest in infants,94% of them was detected out in spring and summer and it was higher in male infants than female infants. Conclusions CMV was the main pathogen of infection in pregnant women and infants; detection of TORCH can promptly find out the high risk factors and help prevent intrauterine infection,which is of great significance in raising bearing quality.
