摘 要:浩口油田综合含水率达到93.56%,进入高含水开发阶段,存在低渗透层动用差、注采井网不完善和直井措施窜槽情况严重等问题。通过研究浩口油田剩余油分布规律,提出下步开发调整方案:1)主要立足注水、层系细分、对剩余油富集区与分散区分别治理;2)对低渗透层采用水平井配套开发,提高单井产能,减少措施窜槽风险;3)对高渗透层局部剩余油,采用新钻直井与老井侧钻结合挖潜。Haokou Oilfield's total water cut reaches 93. 56%, which shows that it enters into high water--cut period. During this period, there exist such problems as poor employment in less permeable layer, imperfection of injection --production pattern and severe channeling of vertical shaft measures. Through studying distribution rule of Haokou Oilfields remaining oil, the readjustment plan for next development comes up: the first is to manage remaining oil re- spectively in enrichment region and scattering region, focusing on water injection and subdivision of bed series~ the second is to exploit less permeable layer mating with horizontal wells so as to raise individual well deliverability and reduce measures channeling risk and the last is to exploit remaining oil in the part of most permeable zone combining drilling fresh wells with sidetracking old wells.
