摘　　要：基层工会是工会的组织基础和工作基础。基层工会主席的工作状况关系到企业工会组织作用的发挥,关系到工会组织参与加强和创新企业管理职能的落实。从江汉采油厂基层工会主席工作状况调查入手,深度剖析基层工会工作中存在的突出问题,积极寻找破解难题的有效途径,以期更好地发挥基层工会主席的作用。Grassroots labor unions constitute organizational and working foundation. Their chairmen＇s working condi- tions concern whether the enterprise union can play its organizational role and participate in strengthening and inno- vating enterprise management. Starting with investigation into grassroots labor union chairmen＇s working conditions in Jianghan Oil Production Plant, the author analyzes deeply pressing problems of grassroots union work and seeks positively an effective solution to them in order to give better play to grassroots labor union chairmen.
