摘　　要：阐述了粉末冶金在扇形片复合冲模中的应用,对比其他扇形片复合冲模,改进了其他板件材料、卸料结构、推料结构等;凸模采用独有带加强筋的结构,防止了齿部槽形的变形,从而满足了该扇形冲片形状复杂、精度要求高的特点,完全达到了设计和使用要求,并且生产效率高,工艺质量好,使用寿命长。This article discusses the application of powder metallurgy in fanning strip compound die, improves the construction of other plate materials, the unload structure and the Pushing structure comparing with other fanning strip compound die. Terrace die adopts unique structure which has reinforcing rib, can prevent the deformation of the tooth groove, and therefore can meet the complex shape of the fanning punching sheet and the high accuracy requirement, can meet the designing and operation requirement, and with high production efficiency, good quality and long service life.
