摘 要:小压盖多工位级进模的原企业排样设计方案为纵向单排,本文提出了倾斜3排的1模3件和1模6件的排样设计方案。研究发现1模6件排样和1模3件排样比较,材料利用率不变,虽然生产效率更高,但其模具结构使其模具外形尺寸庞大,模具成本也较高,在制件生产批量一定时,1模6件排样制件分摊的模具费也更多。通过对材料利用率、模具复杂程度以及生产批量等级方面综合分析,最后采用倾斜3排的1模3件的排样新方案。纵向单排排样设计方案的材料利用率为51.4%,采用新方案的材料利用率为74.5%,生产效率是原来的3倍,生产成本大幅降低。As the enterprise's original multi-position progressive die layout design for small gland is of longitudinal single row type, this paper put forward three rows of a die three member and a six member layout design.The study found a die six workpiece and a die three workpiece of layout comparison, material utilization rate unchanged, while the production efficiency is higher, but the die structure of the die dimensions big, die cost is higher, the workpiece production volume is fixed, a die six parts nesting workpiece die fee allocation more. The utilization ratio of material, the complexity of the die and production batch level comprehensive analysis, finally uses the inclined three rows of a die three parts packing scheme. Vertical single row layout design of material utilization rate is 51.4%, with the new scheme, the material utilization rate is 74.5%,the production efficiency is three times the original, greatly reduced the cost of production.
