摘　　要：以盖板塑件为例,以MoldFlow软件为应用工具,进行注射工艺参数的初始设定,对模拟计算结果进行分析;通过分析,对注射、保压等工艺参数进行优化设定并进行模拟。本文考察了不同注射工艺参数对塑件翘曲变形、体积收缩率的影响情况,确定了优化的工艺参数。In this article, cover plate plastic part will be taken for example, and MoldFlow will be determined as the main analysis tool. The process parameters are setting primarily and the simulation results are analyzed. Through the analysis, the injection and packing process parameters were setting optimized and the simulation is executed again. The effects of various injection mohting process parameters upon warp and volume shrinkage is studied, the optimizing process parameters are verified finally.
