型芯零件的电火花线切割加工工艺分析

摘　　要：针对一典型零件外轮廓的加工,对型芯零件加工工艺路线,线切割加工时设备的选用、电极丝的准备、工作液的配制、工件的准备、编制加工程序,进行工艺对比分析和合理选择,从而使零件在电火花线切割机床上加工时能保证零件外轮廓的加工精度。这一经验总结也有助于今后加工类似零件时能达到加工要求。In this paper a typical parts contour machining was contrastively analyzed andselected in processing aspects. They contained processing technology of the core parts, the choice of the equipment, the preparation of wire electrode, the preparation of the working fluid, preparation of artifacts, the composition of the nc machining program. So that the parts processing on wire-cut EDM machine can guarantee the precision of the parts contour machining, in the future this experience will also help similar parts to meet the processing requirements.
