摘　　要：保障性住房是解决城市中低收入群体居住问题的重要手段。合肥市保障性住房空间分布呈现分布不均衡的特点,本文从被保障人群的基本需求和居住感受出发,通过典型小区的实地调研和问卷调查,分析合肥市保障性住房居民群体特征、居住需求及目前居住满意度情况,评价合肥市保障性住房现状空间布局的合理性,总结问题并提出规划对策。Affordable housing is the important means to solve the living problem of the low-income groups in the city. The affordable housing in Hefei is unbalance distribution, this paper study from the basic requirement and living feelings of the low-income people. Analysis the group characteristics, residential requirement and residential satisfaction of the affordable housing in Hefei by field research and questionnaire survey. And evaluation of the rationality of the spatial distribution of affordable housing in Hefei,summarizes the problems and put forward the planning measures.
