摘　　要：在当下快速城镇化的宏观社会经济发展背景下,历史地段保护与更新面临新的挑战。论文首先分析了快速城镇化背景下城市历史地段保护与更新存在的问题,通过回顾历史地段概念、价值及相关研究的进展,探讨城市历史地段保护与更新的原则和思路。Under the background of the rapid urbanization economic development, the protection and renewal of historical districts are facing a new challenge. This paper analysis the problem in the process of rapid urbani zation of urban protection and renewal above all, and reviewed the concept of historical districts and related re search progress, and discussed the necessity of urban historical districts renewal, and put forward the princi ple and new ideas of urban historical districts protection and renewal.
