摘　　要：高职高专新生军训教育效果研究纵观整个军训过程,客观公正的阐述军训中的训练内容及方法,旨在研究军训中的军人作风培养和养成,增强大学生的国防观念和国防意识,并以此为基础,提出高职高专院校军训过程中更好的思路和应对策略,以促进军训教育工作的科学化、规范化,并构建科学的培养与发展模式,使每一位高职高专新生在军训中所培养的良好行为习惯受益终生。The research of ＂Effect of higher vocational college freshmen military training education＂ is throughout the entire process of military training, expounding the training contents and methods objectively and fairly. It aims to research the military style training and cultivation during the training, enhance the college students＇ national defense sense and awareness and,on the basis of this, put forward ideas and strategies to better the training course in the higher vocational colleges military education, in order to promote the scientific and standardization of military training education work, and build scientific mode of training and development, so that every college freshman can benefit from their good behaviors developed in the military training for a lifetime.
