摘　　要：发展家庭农场不应只考虑其经济和社会效益。在我国农业发展中,由于规模化、专业化、市场化的不足以及滞后于经济社会发展,导致农业资源利用和环境保护陷入体制机制困境。家庭农场作为以农业家庭为基础、农业收入为主要经济收入来源的新型农业主体,经营活动的市场化特征明显,可以作为破解农业资源环境困境的一条新途径。发展家庭农场要在社会需求、规模化、专业化和市场化四个方面构建经济机制,从农业补贴、法规体系、服务体系和社会环境四个方面构建和完善家庭农场发展的体制机制,促进家庭农场实现经济、社会和生态环境三位一体发展的格局。Economic and social benefit shouldn't be the only point of consideration for us when developing family farms. In Chinese agriculture progress,utilization of agricultural resources and environment protection has fallen into institutional predicament because of the deficiency of scale,specialization,and marketization,together with its lagging behind economic and social development. Based on rural families and with agricultural earning as main economic income,Family farm as a new type of agricultural subject has instinct characteristic of marketization in its business activities,and this could be a new way to get away from the predicament of agricultural resources and environment. To expand family farms there are four aspects to be considered- namely social need,scale,specialization,and marketization in order to construct economic mechanism. And another four fields- agricultural allowance, legal system,service system,and social environment—should be set up to build and perfect the development system of family farms. Then family farms have the prospect of realizing the trinity development pattern—with economy,society and ecological environment as an organic whole.
