摘　　要：分析了用稳车新旧绳互带法更换塔式多绳摩擦提升机首绳的传统方法所存在的问题,并提出用钢丝绳单独导向、新旧绳互带更换塔式多绳摩擦提升机首绳的方法。通过在山东黄金下属矿山的应用实践表明该法安全可靠、省时省力。This paper analyzes issues that exist in the traditional way of using new-old wire ropes mutual dragging method for displacing head ropes of tower-type multi-rope friction hoist via winch and introduces single-direction new-old wire ropes mutual dragging method for displacing head ropes of tower-type multi-rope friction hoist.The practical application of this method in Gold Mine subordinate to Shangdong Gold Group Co.LTD proves that the method is safe and reliable and saves much time and labor.
