摘　　要：概述庙沟铁矿露天转地下斜坡道工程概况,分析斜坡道工程存在的问题,从优化技术思路、场区工程地质条件勘察、水文地质条件和断面优化参数确定4个方面进行斜坡道断面优化研究,并进行经济效益计算分析。This paper briefly introduces the general situation of ramp proj ect in mining shifting from open pit to underground in Miaogou Iron Ore Mine,analyzes the existing problems of the ramp project,made a study of the ramp cross section improvement from the four aspects：optimizing technical ideas;prospecting engineering and geological conditions of premises,surveying hydrogeological conditions of premises,determining cross section optimization parameter and also has a calculation analysis of economic benefits of the ramp proj ect.
